What I collect

Enquiries: the name, contact details and message you send through the contact form, by email, phone or text.
Bookings: the details you enter when you book a session through Cal.com, my booking provider.
Visits and invoices: what I need to do the job and bill for it, such as your address, devices and notes on the work done.
Website statistics: anonymous, cookie-free visit counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics. These don't identify you.

How I use it

Only to reply to you, provide and bill for the service you asked for, keep records the law requires, and improve the website. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Your devices and accounts

While working on your computer, phone or accounts I may see personal files or messages. I only look at what's needed to do the job, and I don't copy your data unless you ask me to (for example, to move it to a new device).

Who else handles it

I use reputable providers to run the business: Google Workspace for email and calendar, Cal.com for bookings, Resend to deliver contact-form emails, and Cloudflare to host this website. Some of these providers store data outside Australia.

Keeping it safe, and your rights

I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time, unless I need to keep it for tax or legal reasons. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please tell me first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
