Good to know
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Work is billed hourly or quoted per stage. Ongoing support is an optional monthly retainer, not a lock-in.
Who owns the systems you set up?
You do. Everything lives in your own Microsoft tenancy, domain and accounts. If we ever part ways, you keep the keys.
Where do we start?
With a Business IT review. We look at what you have, what's slowing you down, and which stage of the Foundation Program makes sense first.
How do you charge?
A$175 an hour incl. GST, minimum one hour then 30-minute blocks, no call-out fee. Larger pieces of work, like a Foundation Program stage, are quoted upfront. You can pay by card or bank transfer, or on invoice.
